Steps
- Use a flexible tape or suitable ruler.
- Adopt a natural, stable posture.
- Measure the natural waist, fullest hips and inseam without pulling the tape tight.
- Record the unit and repeat the measurement.
- Use the result with the exact product chart.
Common errors
- Pulling the tape too tight.
- Confusing flat width with full circumference.
- Using an old value or age alone.
- Not recording the unit.
Repeat the measurement and keep both cm and inches when comparing charts.
Tool and posture
Use a non-stretch flexible tape, or a rigid ruler for feet and rings. Do not compress skin or hold your breath.
